Who is ESS?
Executive Security Solutions (ESS) is an Australian owned national company that specialises in end-to-end security solutions spanning security guarding, mobile patrols, armed services, concierge crowd control and electronic security solutions supported by our state-of-the-art Grade A1 Security Operations Centre (SOC). Underpinning our services is our Rrisk advisory and consulting team of experts who provide bespoke security solutions.
ESS was formed in 2006 in response to the need for a security company with a service-driven approach. Since then, the growth of ESS and its client base has been developed due to excellent service delivery and referral.
Our Leadership Team
ESS’s dynamic management team has over 30 years’ experience in the security industry, and this knowledge and experience has allowed us to grow to where we are today. Our organisation is structured on clear lines of accountability and responsibility. Our executive team has intimate knowledge of all operational matters and therefore allows for greater efficiencies in way of response, communications, and service delivery.

Our Integrated Model
ESS provide end-to-end management of all security service. We provide a robust management structure and central point of contact for all security services, making it easier for our clients to manage the security category.
Through our integrated model we ensure compliance, reduce risk and drive cost savings through efficiencies and technology.
Training
Training begins with selecting the right people to hire. We begin with people who are punctual, proactive and are aligned to our core values and vision. For our team, training doesn’t just take place during the induction process – it’s a constant commitment.
Our in-house training team provides continuous professional development to all security teams. Our security officers are carefully screened and trained to meet their industry-specific environments. Special abilities, experience and overall disposition for the job are all important factors in determining the right workplace for every security officer. We have thorough and robust onboarding and training programs, ongoing refresher courses and regular toolbox talks.
Technology
ESS is constantly exploring innovations and continuous improvement initiatives that address cost reduction, service improvement, security improvement, and social and environmental initiatives. Our innovative technology and equipment ensure our clients have an effective and proactive service at all times. Our experience brings insight; our technology brings efficiency; and our detailed processes bring peace of mind. Just some examples of our innovations include remote guarding, virtual patrols, license plate recognition and personal safety duress.
