Michael Cohen serves as the CEO and Director of EXEC Security, which he co-founded in 2006. His leadership at EXEC Security is marked by strategic oversight in security operations, client relationship management, and corporate governance.

With over two decades of experience in the security industry, Michael has developed a trusted reputation for delivering sophisticated, customised and effective security solutions that leverage cutting-edge technologies and highly skilled personnel. His expertise encompasses managing significant large-scale corporate accounts and essential infrastructure projects.

Under his stewardship, EXEC Security has achieved remarkable recognition, including being listed twice in the Business Review Weekly (BRW) Fast 100 companies list. Michael’s entrepreneurial spirit has also been acknowledged with three Anthills Top 30 under 30 Young Entrepreneur Awards.

Currently Michael is propelling EXEC Security into the future by emphasising the integration of technology, automation, and emerging security technologies. Under his guidance, EXEC Security is at the forefront of adopting innovation and tech that not only streamlines operations, but also significantly improves the effectiveness and efficiency of integrated security services, while optimising results.

Michael studied a Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing at Monash University and has completed the Foundations of Directorship course at the Australian Institute of Company Directors.
