Remote Guarding
Through technology, we can manage your industrial security remotely
This solution will improve the logistics process by identifying vehicle operators by time, date, licence plate or driver and capture real-time transport tracking data to prevent stock loss.
ESS uses licence plate recognition to provide access verification at your site.
Vehicles entering or leaving your site will be granted automatic access if their licence plate is listed on a “white list”. In cases where a licence plate is unknown, drivers will be able to use a video intercom to contact ESS’s Security Operations Centre (SOC) and request access.
A ruggedised tablet installed in a kiosk will be used to log all required driver details and can be utilised to complete site inductions. Our SOC has the ability to remotely open the gate to provide entry once all entry criteria have been met.
Where required, for vehicles leaving the property, our SOC can conduct a remote inspection using CCTV cameras – this will ensure all the usual checks such as pallet counts and load inspections occur.
Our SOC monitoring staff will have the ability to communicate to departing drivers through an intercom speaker enabling them to provide directions as required.
We work closely with each of our industrial clients to develop a strategy to manage any existing paperwork requirements.
This solution can be adapted for both daytime operations and after-hours access.
