The EXEC Grade A1 Monitoring Centre assesses the alarm signal to establish the nature of the activation. Integrated CCTV and other available security information provide additional context to support verification and inform the appropriate response.
Escalate
The appropriate response procedure is initiated based on the verified alarm activation. The activation is escalated to the designated contacts, police or other relevant response services in accordance with the agreed response protocol.
Respond
The appropriate security response is coordinated based on the verified alarm activation. EXEC facilitates the required response in accordance with the agreed response protocol.
Mobile patrols, as an add-on service, can be dispatched to attend the site, conduct a physical check and verify conditions on the ground, providing an additional layer of response alongside remote monitoring.
