Danny Harris
Chief Financial Officer
Danny Harris joined EXEC Security in 2012 as Chief Financial Officer with a mandate to spearhead the company’s strategic financial management and operational growth. His leadership has been instrumental in defining and executing EXEC Security’s financial strategy for asset protection, ensuring the company’s robust financial health and fostering an environment of strategic growth and operational excellence.
Prior to his tenure at EXEC Security, Danny enriched his professional portfolio as a Accountant at Pitcher Partners, where he developed an acute acumen for financial strategy and management.
Under Danny’s financial stewardship, EXEC Security has achieved significant milestones in financial performance and strategic positioning. His approach is characterised by a meticulous focus on aligning financial and business strategies to drive growth, optimise operational efficiency, and ensure financial integrity and transparency.
Danny oversees EXEC Security’s finance and accounting divisions, driving initiatives that encompass comprehensive financial planning, P&L management, rigorous audit and compliance oversight, as well as strategic operating and working capital management. His expertise extends to sophisticated budget development and financial modelling, setting the financial foundation for EXEC Security’s success in the competitive security sector across various industries.
Danny’s academic credentials include a Bachelor’s Degree in Science and a Master’s in Accounting from Monash University. Further solidifying his commitment to excellence in corporate governance and strategic leadership, he is a Chartered Accountant (CA) and has completed the Foundations of Directorship course at the Australian Institute of Company Directors.
