Our prospective staff must meet the most stringent selection criteria before beginning employment with ESS. In addition to the minimum standards required by law, all of our staff are subject to further internal selection programs as well as additional background and character checks. Once this initial selection has been successfully completed, further internal training and development programs are undertaken, focusing specifically on that person’s role within the company.
ESS has always prided itself on the ability to maintain a consistency in our security officers through our excellent staff retention programs. Just as we gain new clients from our current clients, many of our employees join ESS via referrals from current staff.
As is required by law, ESS only employs security officers who have been appropriately licensed by the Licensing Registration Division.
