Our prospective staff must meet the most stringent selection criteria before beginning employment with ESS.

As is required by law, ESS only employs security officers who have been appropriately licensed by Victoria Police's Licensing Services Division.

In addition to the minimum standards required by law, all of our staff complete further internal selection programs and we conduct additional background and character checks on all personnel. Once this initial selection has been successfully completed, further internal training and development programs are undertaken, focusing specifically on that person's role within the company.
